Hm. The crosspost wasn't custom-filtered at all here on LJ -- it was posted to my friends list. Whereas it *was* set to custom access on DW. I had the same filter set up in both places.
Seems like that could be a bug, but maybe not within DW's control. I'll have to nose around the bug lists more to see if this is something they know about (probably so) or if I should bother them about it (probably not).
