Haven't tried it yet. I did receive the package! I have to go to the organic market and pick up some wheat and rye flour. Hope to get it made for a get-together around the end of the month. I'll let you know how it turned out.

You're welcome! but I don't exactly have a burgeoning readership... It would probably get more exposure on my helen99 journal, so I'll probably copy it over there. I'll have rialian taste some of the bread and tea, and if he likes them I'll ask him to put a plug on his LJ also (he has a rather large subscription list). He recently strained a back muscle, so the bark made into tea should help (salycilates).
