Johnny Cash sings Trent Reznor, and does it well. It works.

Takes a while to download, but worth it. I don't know how, but it worked.

Hmmm..... Haven't tried to download it yet, though. I have another one for you, which I found on Kazaa. Are you familliar with ABBA?? Well Ingwie Malmsteen, a Swedish heavy metal guitarist covered "Gimmie, Gimmie, Gimmie" by ABBA - and also did it well, if you can believe it. somehow, Ingwie mamaged to turn a pop disco song into what could be a rock anthem.

Not bad! Then again, everything he does sort of sounds like a powerful epic Norse ballad/rock anthem to me...

I got this from [livejournal.com profile] bratling - not someone I know personally, but has some interesting things to say on occasio. In his LJ entry he mentioned that when he and his friends would gather in large numbers, passersby would sometimes be inquisitive (large numbers of people dressed in black, etc.) He would jokingly tell them he was returning from a Johnny Cash concert... Then six years later, he sees this. It must have broken his brain somewhat.

I've been getting "plugin can't download". Prolly overused their bandwidth or maybe a browser setting glitched (it works from my work computer but not at home). Weird.

That's just disturbing.

That's really, really disturbing.

Gods. Even old country stars are depressed these days. No wonder everyone's on Prozac.

I guess pushing 80 gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "everyone I know goes away in the end"...
