So anyway, it turned out *awful*. Maybe for the wintergreen flavor it would do better in spice muffins than it would in bread (and certainly not with rye flour). I cut the amount of bark in 1/3 the last time. Next time, I'll cut that in half again. If there is a next time. Maybe I'll just make tea... For one thing, the antiseptic quality kills the yeast pretty dead... Muffins don't have yeast, so maybe that would work.
