helen99I did a search for "symphonic metal" (because I missed some of the bands that are no longer active). This You-Tube video was in the search hits. I was pleasantly surprised, both by the music and the presentation - that female vocalist should be way more famous than she is.

Edit: Hah! Mystery solved! The girl in that video is not with CoF at all -- she's a guest singer who is usually the lead singer in Leaves Eyes (currently one of my favorite symphonic bands). She's doing a guest appearance as the "Belle Dame Sans Merci" nymphette in this version of Nymphetamine.
I knew she sounded and looked fae and familiar. More on Leaves Eyes
