I'm eating roast beef for protein this week (no tuna or packaged turkey for me)... and no spinach is in the house. I'm taking 500mg calcium/vitamin D twice daily plus dairy, so I guess I'm doing ok. Saw PT for first time yesterday, got exercises to do 3X daily. What are good potassium sources?
