endings/new beginnings

We went to a goodbye party for thewronghands yesterday. Yet another couple of good people leaving the area for good. Although the occasion was sad for us, it was much fun - we ate at a very nice restaurant, and then went dancing till 2... But wait, there's more. It was Karaoke nite! thewronghands and jalenstrix were easily the winners of the night's contestants, with their rendition of an old melody. Their admirerers were bowing before them with proffered dollar bills and the crowd went wild.

It was a happy and sad time.
