and click the link above the little animation where it says "Postures", you'll see a page of animated hatha yoga postures. As long as I've been looking for new and inventive exercises to try, I've never found any spinal stretches quite as effective as hatha yoga. I like to add the lamaze and leg over stretches to these, but for the most part they cover everything I want...
