Looking at the bounceback, I'm seeing that there's no impact. Unfortunately, to build density, I believe there has to be isometric resistance as well as some impact (jumping, etc.). I'll have to read up on the theory some more, but I believe for bone density there should be few reps, high resistance, not many reps, low resistance.
