Final Dezombification Payoff

Wellp, work has finally decided to crack down and ban all webmail from the server (i.e., I can no longer access my webmail from work). Will get to any incoming mail this evening.

Speaking of work, my side-job-:P materialized again, just in time to pay for the third and final dezombification installment, which should occur sometime next month. I have thus far paid for two dezombification installments and one property tax installment using reserves, insurance, and current income. I shall do this without dipping into equity.

So far so good...

Eh wul. I shouldn't really have been doing email at work anyway. It's like, do I _really_ want my place of employment to know everything I say to everyone? Email isn't private, really. To their credit, they're not sneaky about it, and every day upon login everyone sees an announcement that clearnly states how transparent and subject to snoopage the DOE network is Sometimes they announce when they're about to snoop (probably so they can see what gets deleted). Last time they announced, I should have just ignored it and gone to lunch, but instead I deleted a bunch of reiki files, of all things (oooo, mustn't let anyone see those!).

As far as the equity goes, I'm hoping. I also don't want to dip into the CD that my aunt gave me, since I need that to replace the roof and furnace when the time comes. The proposal didn't turn out to require as much time as I'd thought - the last one they had was a mammoth deal that took about 40 hours. I'll be lucky if this one takes 10. Still, that's decidedly better than nothing... and I'm not too keen on giving up my time quite as readily as I used to be...
