Ooo,
Spikefarm had shown interest in the band, and now that Finntroll really was a band, with several strong musicians, the deal was sealed. The debut album Midnattens Widunder was released in 1999, containing nine tracks of advanced trollish metal which affected the black and folk metal scene for good. For their new album "Jaktens Tid" Finntroll wanted to add some joik, so they contacted Jonne, who's a member of the Finnish Joik/Metal-band Shaman. The collaboration with the trolls and Jonne went so well, that Finntroll decided to ask Jonne to do live shows with them too. So now, "Jaktens Tid" will be unleashed sooner than you think, and the Finntroll will once again be ready to strike down the followers of the christian plague, both by stereo and by performing liveā¦
This makes me happy...
