I decided that Sithreal is a new species of animal, whose scientific Greek/Latin name shall be

"Megalipopsychomeligattos"

which, when translated into English, becomes

Big Fat Crazy Honeycat

Hah! I should have known that would happen (that he would achieve client status). Your large client is discombobulated - not sure how he feels about having a mini-him waling around. The mini client is bopping around doing his mini-client things, like burrowing nostrils, licking teeth, pouncing mini-ninja girl cats, etc...
