Qntal are awesome. I've been following them since about 1994 or so, and I think I have all but one of their CDs. Very good group.

Qntal also has a side project, more or less, that's mostly medieval music, and the group there is named Estampie.

Another one with a similar feel, at least on their early CDs, is Bel Canto. Their best album is 'Shimmering, Warm, and Bright'. If you like, I can upload a couple of mp3s from that album for you so you can see if you'd like it or not. ;)

I'll have to check out Estampie - that sounds interesting. Bel Canto is one of Rialian's favorite groups and we have about 5 of their CDs, but thanks for the offer of music.

Hee. Oh, cool, then you know they're cool. :) I think Estampie may only have one CD available in the US, unless you get a place that does imports.
