Bat House Shopping

They say one bat can consume up to 1200 mosquitoes in an hour. Most of these bat houses can support a good number of bats - the low-end one supports 12, and the deluxe model supports 600 bats.
I could probably do this more cheaply at Amazon by getting a bat house kit:

Date: 2006-07-16 05:32 pm (UTC)Actually, we're working on bird attractants at my house...you should see how many birds we've got on the deck now. Right now I'm working on finding a good house to attract the eastern bluebird, and perhaps get something to attract Orioles too.
Batboxes would be AWESOME. Always had a bit of a soft spot for bats, too :)
